Are these written for beginners?
Yes. Every title assumes you are starting from an ordinary bathroom shelf, not a clinic. Where a guide gets more technical it says so on the product page, and it explains the terms as it goes.
How quickly do I get the file?
Straight away. Once payment is approved the download link appears on the confirmation page, and a copy is emailed to the address you typed at checkout. It opens on a phone, a tablet or a laptop.
Do I need expensive equipment?
No. The guides are built around what is already in most cupboards and what any pharmacy sells. Where a tool is genuinely useful we say what it does and what it costs, and we say when it is optional.
Is the advice medically reviewed?
Our writing is based on published cosmetic chemistry and established practice, but it is educational, not clinical. Nothing on this site is medical or dermatological advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional who can see your case.
What is your refund policy on digital files?
Because these are downloads, all sales are final once a file has been accessed. If a link does not work, a file will not open, or something is not what the page described, write to us within 7 days at contact@daybreakvale.com and we will sort it out. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
